PAYMENT POLICY

Women’s Health & Aesthetics is a subspecialty medical practice focused on quality of life issues specific to women. Our providers are highly skilled and experienced and work with each woman as an individual to develop her best treatment options. Patient goals and quality of life are priority.

It is our policy to collect the following at the time of your visit:

• Patient Co-Payments

• Deductible

• Co-Insurance

• Previous Patient Balances

For your convenience, we offer two two payment options for assisting you in meeting your financial responsibility:

• Cash/Credit Card Plan: Payments for services can be paid in full with cash (exact change required), check, or credit card on the day of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

• CareCredit Payment Plan (coming soon): We can help arrange a monthly payment plan through CareCredit. CareCredit offers a comprehensive range of plans with low monthly payments that fit comfortably into every budget.

 

Please speak with us for more information regarding either of these options and/or to discuss your account. Previous balances may be paid at the Check Out desk, or you may contact us to make a credit card payment over the phone.
